1. Application
You can apply through the online procedure.
2.Receipt of Necessary Documents
We will send you necessary documents for use, such as the "Installation Notice," from our company.
3.Installation Work
On the day of the installation, we ask that someone who can decide on the installation location be present.
*Note: Depending on the equipment situation at the customer's home, attendance may not be necessary for the installation.
4.Start of Service
After the installation date, we will send you the "Easy Light Contract Application Form (Copy)."

Please contact your current service provider and obtain the service provider change authorization number.

Q&A
How long will it take from applying to the installation and activation? +
For apartment buildings, it typically takes about 1 to 2.5 weeks.
The installation timeline may vary depending on the address you plan to use. Once you submit the application form, we will arrange for the earliest possible installation date, so if you're in a hurry, please apply as soon as possible.
Yes, it is possible.
However, during moving seasons such as March and April, it may be difficult to move the installation date forward. Additionally, the rescheduled date may be about 2 to 2.5 weeks later than the original installation date, so please be aware of this."
When you sign up for the Easy Light service, if you wish to cancel your current provider contract, please contact your provider directly.
If you are transferring from FLET’S Hikari, please be aware that some services provided by your current provider may no longer be available, or services that were previously free may become paid.
Please make sure to check with your provider in advance.
What will happen to the optional services I had with NTT FLET’S when I transfer to Easy Light? +
Only the FLET’S TV service, Optical Phone service, and Remote Support service can be transferred to the Easy Light service.
Other optional services will remain as part of your contract with NTT East Japan or NTT West Japan.
Is it necessary to apply for the IPv6 option when signing a new
contract, or can I set it up or cancel it at any time? +
The Easy Light IPv6 Plus option can be added or canceled at any time.
However, please note that the monthly fee of 165 yen (including tax) will not be prorated, so you will be billed the full amount for both the start month and the cancellation month.
Also, to use IPv6 connection, you will need a router that supports IPv6. Please ensure that your existing router is compatible.
For IPv6, is any connection setup required? +
After IPv6 support is enabled, no action is required on the customer's part for internet connection.
Will there be any cancellation fees if I switch to Easy Light from FLET’S Hikari? +
Since this is a 'transfer' to Easy Light, there is no need to pay any cancellation fees or penalties.
However, if you have been paying for FLET’S Hikari installation costs in installments and the payment has not been completed, the remaining unpaid amount for the installation will be billed to you in full by our company at the time of transfer.
Is the monthly fee calculated on a daily basis from the day I sign up? +
The basic service fee is calculated on a daily basis from the start of service. However, the monthly fees for rental equipment and optional services will be charged in full, regardless of the service start date. There is no daily calculation for these fees.
